The Tricom Medical Office project involves the construction of a new 7,500-sf medical office building in North Charleston, SC. In addition to the new building, site improvements such as parking, landscaping, and utility connections are included. This project is another example of master planned drainage as part of the “Bluehouse Tract Development."
