The Seven Farms Drive Commercial project is one of the many commercial projects CBE is proud to be associated with. Located on Daniel Island, SC, this project includes approximately 28,000-sf of commercial office space and associated site improvements such as parking, landscaping, utility connections and sidewalk extensions. This project was unique because onsite stormwater was incorporated into a master planned drainage system.
