The Rich Street Flex project involves the construction of a new commercial development located on roughly 2 acres in North Charleston, SC. The development includes approximately 30,135 SF of warehouse and office space contained within three buildings. It also includes parking and driveway access, landscaping, and an onsite stormwater management system. This project is phase II of a previous project finished in 2019.
