The Ottohaus project includes the construction of a new 7,800 sf auto-repair garage located in the heart of West Ashley along Sam Rittenberg Blvd. The sitework includes parking and driveways, sidewalks, and utility connections. Due to close proximity to the St. Andrews Branch Canal, this project is a great example of CBE’s dedication to stormwater management and using unique methods to successfully design a site.
