The Hub @ Nexton involves the construction of six multiuse facilities on approximately 8 acres in Summerville, SC in the new Nexton Community. The total gross square footage of the development is approximately 94,500-sf and includes a mix of general office, medical office, and restaurant space. The project included challenging utility main and service designs and intense grading of hardscape and landscape areas. This project highlights CBE’s ability to tackle large-scale, unique developments. CBE is excited to be part of such a rapidly growing community!
